The SC600E is intended for use with the Nortech IR100 which incorporates serial communications capability in order to provide a vehicle detection sub-system solution for integration into traffic control systems. A single SC600E will be able to service a maximum of six detectors via the internal communications bus. The SC600E will communicate with its associated detectors in order for status information of each individual detector channel to be maintained.
